At NYDJ, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
